Delivery is normally made by courier via a next-day-delivery service as soon as your board is manufactured. Please be aware that all couriers offer a single-person, ground-floor doorstep delivery service only and will not take goods/orders into their final installation location. Also, for the glass boards over 25kg in weight, assistance offloading may be required.

We strongly advise that you do not schedule or start any installation work until you have received your order.

We offer a fast turnaround to clients who need their Clear Glass Wipe Boards in a hurry.
This service carries a surcharge of 15% per order.

We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days from the date of purchase. For example, if your order is placed on a Monday we will aim to dispatch Monday of the following week and you should expect delivery of your order the next day. If we fail to dispatch within 5 working days we will refund the 15% express fee paid on your order.

As all items are made to order we ask that any returns of unwanted items should be requested via email address (available on the contact us page). All such returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.

To be eligible for a return credit, all items must be in pristine (as new) condition and in original packaging and we must be notified in writing within 30 days of receipt of goods.

Bespoke items including any printed items (items with customer specific graphics) or other such items are not eligible for refund or return.

Any shortages, damaged goods, or incorrect goods supplied should be raised with us via email within two working days of receipt of order. Non-delivery should be notified in writing within 14 days of the date of invoice.
