We have taken our glass wipe board expertise and technology and created a range of Glass Magnetic Planner Boards designed to make planning your life and work that much easier. Available in standard white or fully customisable in any colour to match your company branding or colour-coded production schedules, the Simply Glass calendar whiteboard is the perfect productivity tool in any environment.
For an ‘at a glance’ overview of your days, weeks and months, the whiteboard planner can be installed in commercial, educational, and manufacturing situations, supporting an organised approach to both your work and production schedules. Whether you work from home, in classrooms, in an office, or in a factory setting, our calendar whiteboard can be securely fixed to the wall for immediate visibility.
All our Magnetic Planner Boards have the magnetic function as standard (note: Magnetic glass whiteboards must only be used with strong neodymium magnets that have been designed for or sold specifically for use with glass whiteboards – see our accessories).
Create your own whiteboard planner design
Should you require a more specific design and layout for your planning, then we can create a bespoke calendar whiteboard that meets your own specifications. This customised service also includes the colour of your whiteboard planner. White is the standard colour, but we can manufacture it in any RAL colour to match your company’s own brand guidelines and include your company logo.
Simply Glass will work with you to design a layout incorporating the following:

- Company logo (single colour).
- Board background colour matched to any RAL colour.
- Custom board size.
- Graphics in any colour (usually white, but can be black on lighter-coloured boards).
How to Use Your Magnetic Planner Board for the Wall
Available as a white glass board with black lines printed on the reverse, you can select a daily calendar whiteboard covering a five-day week for more complex planning schedules. Alternatively, an annual planner with all the months included will give you a more long-term strategic view of your planning.
We offer two sizes as standard – 1200mm x 900mm and 2000mm x 1200mm. Should you require a bespoke size, then this can be accommodated.
Before painting the rear of the boards, we apply a vinyl graphic to the reverse of the board to get the cleanest details possible. This means that when the board is viewed from the front, you can enjoy crisp graphics and a perfectly flat solid colour background. Once fixed to the wall, the whiteboard planner can be used again and again, year on year, without any loss of quality or useability.
Delivery
Delivery is normally made by courier via a next-day-delivery service as soon as your board is manufactured. Please be aware that all couriers offer a single-person, ground-floor doorstep delivery service only and will not take goods/orders into their final installation location. Also, for glass boards over 25kg in weight, assistance offloading may be required.
We strongly advise that you do not schedule or start any installation work until you have received your order.

Express Five Working Day Turn Around
We offer a fast turnaround to clients who need their Clear Glass Wipe Boards in a hurry. This service carries a surcharge of 15% per order.
We aim to dispatch your order within 5 working days from the date of purchase. For example, for orders placed on a Monday we will aim to dispatch on the Monday of the following week. You should then expect to receive your order the next working day after that (24 hours for delivery). If we fail to dispatch within 5 working days we will refund the 15% express fee paid on your order.
Returns
We make all our magnetic colour glass wipe boards to order. As such, the return of any no longer wanted items needs to be requested, to us, via email. The email addresses needed are available on the contact us page. All such returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
To be eligible for a return credit, all items must be in pristine (as new) condition and in original packaging and we must be notified in writing within 30 days of receipt of goods.
Bespoke items including any printed items (items with customer specific graphics) or other such items are not eligible for refund or return.
For orders with shortages, damaged goods, or incorrect goods supplied, please inform us via email within two working days of receipt of order. Non-delivery should be notified in writing within 14 days of the date of invoice.
Anti-Microbial Coating
Our Anti-microbial coating is a non-hazardous, water-based seal that protects your tinted glass board.
It reduces Microbial properties by a massive 72.9%. As a result your board has a more hygienic surface.
Its long-lasting bond reduces cleaning cycles and, furthermore, reduces the need to use harsh chemicals for cleaning.
The coating safeguards the glass against wear and tear, which therefore extends the life of surfaces.
Lastly, its environmentally friendly composition minimises its ecological footprint whilst maximising its impact on safety.
