How long will it take to process my order?

All our wall boards (colour magnetic, low-reflective, planner boards, clear and frosted glass wipe boards) are manufactured to order and we aim to have your order to you within 10 working days.

Orders for our larger boards (over 2200mm x 1000mm) can take up to 15 working days to reach you as we have to use a specialist courier to deliver these.

Our craft boards and any accessory orders will be posted out with 48 hours.

How will I know when my board will arrive?

If you have ordered from the website you will get an email to let you know when your order is ready to dispatch. You will then get a delivery text message/email from our courier. Delivery usually takes 24 hours after manufacture time (Northern Ireland or Channel Islands are a 3 day courier service from dispatch).

Is there someone I can speak to if I have a problem or need advice?

How safe are your glass writing boards?

Our glass dry wipe boards are manufactured using toughened safety glass that conforms to all requirements of the European standard BS EN 12150. We have undertaken extensive lab testing of the components used in our glass boards to ensure the highest quality.

We would really like a glass wipe board to match our corporate colour/ wall paint colour, is that something you can do?

Yes, we offer a colour matching service and can produce dry wipe boards with a wide range of colours. We can match RAL colours, Pantone number, British Standard, Dulux and Farrow and Ball and other well known brand paint colours. We can even produce a sample so you can check the colour is right for you.

What is the largest size you make?

We can make wall boards to cover any area. For weight and ease of logistics and installation we do not advise having boards larger than 2400mm x 1200mm as a single glass board. For larger areas or complete walls we would recommend hanging more than one dry wipe board side by side using our invisible fixings.

Glass wipe boards are more expensive than alternatives on the market – how do I know they are worth the extra cost?

Our glass white boards are manufactured to order, in the UK, by ourselves. We use the best materials and maintain close attention to detail. The finished result is stunning and cannot be compared to wipe boards made of inferior materials. Our glass wipe boards are long lasting and offer a sustainable solution for any office compared to a standard dry erase board or chalk board.

I can’t find the exact dimensions I need on your table of sizes, can you help?

Can I use any magnets on the magnetic writing boards?

Unfortunately ordinary magnets are not strong enough to work on glass wipe boards. As a result, we offer a range of suitably strong magnets ourselves that work on our boards. However, any magnet sold as suitable for use on magnetic glass writing boards should work. See our range of magnets by clicking here.

How do I install my glass wipe board; and do I need any special tools?

Installation of our boards is a really easy job and should be achievable by a handyman or experienced DIYer. However, to help in this, we supply clear fixing instructions (here) for all our fixing methods with all the tools you need listed on them.

What is your policy on sustainability?

Simply Glass Wipe Boards acknowledges that its activities and operations have environmental and economic impacts. Consequently, the glass we use is made up of 25% recycled glass and we are committed to ensuring any broken/ unused glass is disposed off in our recycling skip. We also source all our materials locally which helps keep our carbon footprint low.

Our Sustainability Policy commits us to being a responsible corporate citizen that leads by example. Moreover, It sets our current targets and how we will review them. We commit to continual improvement across all areas of environmental management and sustainability.

What if I change my mind and want to return my glass wipe board?

We’re sure you’ll love your board but if it doesn’t work for you we do offer a returns policy.  As all items are made to order, we ask that any returns for items that have not arrived damaged or are unwanted should be requested via email (Contact us | Glass Boards & Walls | Simply Glass Wipe Boards). Once we’ve received the items in as new condition we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Please note that all such returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
